Acceptance or rejection notifications are sent to researchers via email according to the approved conference schedule. A publication fee of $200 must be paid for each accepted paper. The university offers a 50% exemption for researchers from the Al-Rafidain University College, while international researchers will have full exemption, in support of scientific diversity and increasing the integrity of the conference. There will be a no fees for students and researchers who wish to attend as non-speaking participants.
